Over the past 2.5 years we have accrued only one month of vacancy, equates to a vacancy rate of less than 1%, compared to the industry average of 25%. We advertise aggressively, so that each property is leased at a fair but competitive market rate. Our commitment to our clients’ investment includes routine inspections of properties to ensure that tenants take proper care, prompt resolution of maintenance requests and necessary maintenance and repairs when tenants vacate properties.

Sometimes, our clients decide that they are ready to sell a property, and they can look to us for assistance. We are there to get the property ready for sale, with in-house realtors who can show the home to prospective buyers.
